Thursday evening we went with our new Swedish friends to have dinner. We all met in the restaurant Tasca i Vins, located in the same neighborhood as our school. A big dining room had been reserved for us and there were three large tables. We sat next to our Swedish partners and chatted while we waited for the food.
First we ate nachos, croquetas, patatas bravas, morcilla, calamares a la romana, calçots and tortilla española. Then came huge slices of toasted bread with different toppings. Finally we ate ice cream or flan con nata. To drink we had water, Coca-Cola or Fanta.
The Swedish guys said that they liked calçots, nachos and toasts. Also many of the Swedish people disliked the tortilla española and morcilla.
We had a nice time with them talking and joking. It was really pleasant because at the end Viktor said a few words about the trip and then Jorge talked about his experience in Sweden and Spain. We also took many funny photos and sang songs in English, Spanish and Swedish!
In conclusion, the dinner was great, we had a nice time and at the same time we were sad because it was the last day with that wonderful people.
Tack så mycket!!
